About

A Selma-based studio of full-time wallpaper craftspeople.

We started Selma Wallpaper Installers because too many homeowners were told "wallpaper is hard." It isn't — when the prep is right, the pattern is planned, and the installer treats the wall like a finished surface. That's our standard.

Who we are

Local installers. National-grade craft.

Our crew lives and works in the Fresno County area. We've installed in everything from new-build homes in Clovis and condos in Reedley to luxury estates in Sanger and historic Victorians in Kingsburg. The materials and patterns change — our process doesn't.

  • Full-time, in-house installers (no day-labor swap-outs)
  • Background in interior trades and finish carpentry
  • Trained on grasscloth, silk, vinyl, murals and traditional papers
  • Insured, licensed and permit-aware for commercial sites

Workshop discipline

Sharp blades, fresh straightedges and a measured cut every time. Tools don't substitute for craft, but bad tools ruin good work.

Material expertise

We know which adhesive belongs with which paper, how to acclimate vinyl in summer humidity, and how to handle paper-backed grasscloth without staining.

Pattern planning

We map drops before opening rolls. That's how we keep waste low and the room reading as one continuous surface.

How we work

Five quiet promises.

  1. We measure, then quote. Free, no-pressure consultations. Our quotes itemize prep, materials and labor.
  2. We prepare the wall properly. Sizing or primer where needed; skim-coat patches if the substrate isn't flat.
  3. We protect your space. Floors, furniture and trim are covered before the first roll opens.
  4. We install with patience. Pattern matched, seams tight, outlets cut clean. No shortcuts.
  5. We clean up like we were never there. And we stand behind the work in writing.
